You’ve done the work. So why does nothing stick?
Brainspotting Therapy and Therapy Intensives in Snohomish, WA and the Eastside
Ebb and Flow Intensives goes beneath the story you've been telling yourself and into the subconscious patterns that talk therapy never reached.
You’re in the right spot if…
You've Done A Lot Of Work.
Maybe you've spent years trying to understand yourself.
You've read the books. You've gone to therapy. You've meditated. You've done the retreats. You've had the breakthroughs.
And yet...
You still find yourself in the same patterns.
You know what you should do. You understand where it comes from. You can explain it beautifully.
But knowing isn't always the same as changing.
-

Trauma
You may understand where your patterns came from and still find yourself repeating them. Together, we can work with what those early experiences left behind, so your past doesn't have to keep shaping your present. This is where you begin to create the life you want.
-

Change
When life changes, the person you were may no longer feel like the person you're becoming. Whether you're navigating an ending, a new beginning, or somewhere in between, this is space to process what has changed and find your footing in what comes next.
-

Adoption
Adoption can hold love, gratitude, grief, questions, and feelings that are difficult to put into words. There's room for all of it here—a space to explore your story, make sense of what you carry, and deepen your relationship with yourself.
-

Spiritual Growth
You've had the experiences. The moments of clarity, connection, or glimpses of something more. But how do you bring those experiences into your everyday life—and become someone who can actually live from them from a deeply embodied place.
Why Brainspotting?
Because insight isn’t always enough.
You can understand why you do something and still do it.
You can talk about what happened and still feel it in your body.
You can know you're safe and still feel like you're waiting for something to happen.
Brainspotting gives us another way in.
Rather than relying entirely on words and intellectual understanding, we work with what's happening in your nervous system and the places where your experience is still being held.
We're not just talking about the pattern. We're working with what created the pattern in the first place.
The Brainspotting Process
Brainspotting is client led and usi your intuition to brainspot what feels important for you. There is not a protocol or agenda- whatever feels like it is calling to you is what we will do. It can be asking a question, exploring a trauma, or using expansion to feel more of something wonderful.
Setting your intention
Once you are connected to your intention, we work to connect you more deeply emotionally and we bring in somatic experiencing. Once the intention feels potent, I use my pointer to find the brainspot/eye position that connects to the topic or question.
Find the Eye Position
Once we have the brainspot, you enter “focused mindful processing” which is essentially surrendering to what your brain and body want to share with you when you are on your brainspot. I have intensives and longer sessions to provide ample time for this because 50 minutes is never enough.
Explore what Comes Up
Debrief and reflect
When the processing feels complete for you, you will come back into the space and I always offer clients some time to journal what came up for them. Similar to a dream, we can quickly forget the profound realizations we had while brainspotting, so the moments immediately following are gold for reflection.
“[Brainspotting] is a magical experience. It’s like I know I am here in your office but I am also portaled into this deep subconscious world where there is so much happening!”

I’M AN INTUITIVE HEALER AND I BELIEVE DEEPLY IN YOUR ABILITY TO HEAL AND CREATE YOUR DREAM LIFE
The Work Isn't About Fixing You.
You don't need another person telling you what's wrong with you.
You need someone who can sit with what's actually happening—without rushing you past it, explaining it away, or trying to make you into someone you're not.
The work can be deep without being heavy.
Spiritual without bypassing what's human.
Trauma-informed without making trauma your identity.
And transformational without requiring you to become a completely different person.
This is about becoming more fully yourself and remembering who you are.

Ebb & Flow is my approach to working with you through Brainspotting, beginning with The Underbelly, a two-day intensive designed to give us the time and space to get underneath the patterns, stories, and experiences that have shaped you.
Rather than starting with an hour here and an hour there, we begin by creating room for the work to unfold. From there, we move into follow-up sessions to continue processing, integrating, and building on what we've uncovered.
Ebb and Flow Intensives
A unique approach to healing that honors your nervous system, your lineage, and your Soul.
Who It’s For
This work is for the person who knows there's something underneath the surface.
Maybe you've spent years trying to understand yourself. Maybe you've done therapy, read the books, connected the dots, and can explain exactly why you do what you do—but still find yourself caught in the same patterns.
Maybe you're moving through something that has changed you, trying to integrate a profound experience, or finally ready to look at the things you've been carrying for a long time.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what needs to change. You just need a willingness to get curious about what's there.
Why Start with an Intensive?
Because some work needs room to breathe.
Traditional weekly sessions can be valuable, but the space between sessions can sometimes make it difficult to stay with a particular thread of work. An intensive gives us an extended window to settle in, build momentum, and follow what's emerging without having to stop just as we're getting somewhere.
It doesn't mean we rush, force breakthroughs, or try to accomplish everything in two days. It means we have more room to work at a pace that respects what comes up.
What Happens During The Underbelly?
The Underbelly is a two-day Brainspotting intensive focused on the work underneath the work.
Day One: The Excavation. We begin exploring the patterns, experiences, traumas and protective responses that may be influencing how you move through your life today. We follow what's showing up rather than forcing the work into a predetermined agenda.
Day Two: The Alchemizing. We continue working with what has emerged, making space for processing, new perspectives, and the possibility of relating to yourself differently.
This isn't about digging for trauma or uncovering something that must be hidden. It's about making space for what is ready to be explored, at a pace that feels manageable.
And Then We Keep Going
The intensive is the beginning, not a finish line.
Our follow-up sessions give us space to continue working with what surfaced, integrate changes into your everyday life, and meet whatever unfolds as you move forward. Because meaningful change isn't just about what happens during a session. It's also about how you integrate and begin to experience yourself and your life afterward.
Imagine What Becomes Possible When You Stop Fighting Yourself
Not perfect.
Not healed forever.
Not free from every difficult thing.
But more able to stay with yourself.
More able to trust what you know.
More able to move through change without abandoning yourself.
More able to experience your life rather than constantly trying to figure it out.
That's the work.
Ready To See What's Possible?
You don't have to know exactly what you need.
You don't have to have the right words.
You just have to know that something in you is ready for something different.
Start with a conversation.
