The Spiritual Experience is Real.

So why doesn’t it last?

You’re in the right spot if…

You have had the breakthrough, the profound meditation, the moment when everything suddenly makes sense—and you still find yourself back in the same patterns a few days later.

Spiritual growth isn't just about touching something profound. It's about making it part of how you actually live.

Maybe the next step isn't reaching higher. Maybe it's going deeper.

The part that doesn't get talked about

Spiritual growth isn't just expansion or love and light.

It's excavation, too.

The experiences you've had are real.

So are the parts of you that still carry old fear, old programming, old beliefs about who you are and what's possible for you.

Bringing the Two Together

Using Brainspotting, we work with both.

The expansion—the part of you that has already glimpsed something more.

And the deeper places that may still be keeping you from living from that place.

Not by talking about everything endlessly.

By working with what's underneath.

So the experience doesn't remain something you had once.

It becomes something you can live.

What Shifts?

The back and forth begins to quiet.

The part of you that knows and the part that doubts don't have to keep fighting.

You begin trusting yourself differently.

The spiritual experiences stop being peak moments you can't hold onto.

This may be for you if…

  • You've had real spiritual experiences but struggle to integrate them into everyday life.

  • You've done a lot of inner work, but certain patterns keep returning.

  • You know there's something underneath that hasn't been reached yet.

  • You're ready to stop circling the same place.

Why Brainspotting?

Because what you've experienced deserves to be integrated—not just remembered.

You can have profound experiences of connection, clarity, expansion, or something greater than yourself—and still find yourself caught in the same patterns afterward.

Brainspotting gives us a way to work with what may be underneath those patterns. Rather than talking your way through everything, we can work with the places where your experiences, emotions, and nervous system are still holding something.

The goal isn't another peak experience. It's integration.

It's creating more room for what you've already glimpsed to become something you can actually live from.

The Process

Together, we chat about if this is the best fit for you and to answer any questions you may have. This is a big commitment, so it’s important that you feel ready!

Set Up Your 30 Minute Consultation

This is where the good stuff happens! The Intensive Experience includes the workbook, intake, and 2 day intensive.

The intensive is about 6-12 months of therapy in just 2 days, so follow up sessions already feel more effective, connecting and healing.

The Underbelly Intensive

The intensive that goes where talk therapy hasn't.

Traditional therapy works at the level of the story. The Underbelly works at the level of where the story lives in your body, your nervous system, your subconscious, the places that got wired during childhood and have been running quietly ever since.

This is a 2-day intensive, 3 to 5 hours each day, using brainspotting, subconscious work, and ancestral healing to move what years of weekly sessions often can't.

We start here because the wounds that formed before you had language for them need more than an hour a week to shift. Two full days creates the conditions for something to actually change, not just be understood.

What’s Included

  • A 30-minute consult before we begin so you feel certain before you commit

  • A Personalized Workbook

  • A comprehensive 90 minute intake

  • 2 full days together, 3 to 5 hours each day

  • A gift basket carefully selected for you

  • Brainspotting, subconscious work, and ancestral healing woven through both days

  • The foundation for everything that comes after

Cost: $3900

Follow Up Sessions

Where the shift becomes your new normal

The intensive opens something real. The follow-up sessions are where you learn to live inside it.

Childhood wounds don't just clear in two days, they begin to clear. The follow-up sessions are where we continue the work, integrate what moved, and go deeper into the layers that surface as you start living differently.

What’s Included

  • 90-120 minute sessions every 2-4 weeks

  • Combination of brainspotting, relational therapy, subconscious work, and guided meditation

  • In person or telehealth options

Cost: $400

Curious where this could take you?

Use the 30-minute consult however you need. Bring your questions, your experiences, your doubts, or the thing you can't quite put into words. You can interview me, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether this is the right next step for you. If it’s a yes for both of us, we go from there.
