You’ve Spent Years Trying to Heal Something that Wasn’t Yours to Carry

And the hardest part isn't the memories. It's that no matter how much work you've done, the patterns are still there. The way you shrink. The way you over-explain. The way love still feels like something you have to earn.

This is where that changes.

You’re in the right spot if…

You grew up in a home where something happened that shaped everything about who you became, whether that was abuse (physical, emotional, or sexual) or a quieter kind of neglect, the kind where your basic needs were met but your emotional ones weren't. No one came when you cried. Your feelings were too much, or invisible entirely. You learned early that you were on your own to figure it out.

You've probably done therapy. You might have done a lot of it. And you've gained insight, you understand why you are the way you are, but understanding it hasn't stopped it. The beliefs are still there. The patterns keep repeating. And you might even start wondering if this is just who you are.

As a child, you had to choose between being authentic and being attached to your caregivers. Survival makes attachment more important than authenticity, so you slowly started to lose the true essence of who you are.

Brainspotting helps you release what isn’t yours and reclaim what is your birthright- being YOU.

Trauma is a full-body, full-life experience.

  • In Your Body

Chronic tension, pain, or fatigue that has no clear medical explanation. A nervous system that feels permanently switched on, or permanently switched off. Feeling disconnected from your own body, like you're watching yourself from a distance.

  • A woman with dark hair and tattoos covering her arms covers her face with her hands. She is wearing a black shirt, a black watch, and a wedding ring.

    In Your Emotions

Reactions that feel bigger than the moment seems to warrant. Numbness, flatness, a sense that you've lost access to joy. Shame that lives so deep it feels like identity rather than feeling. Grief that has nowhere to go.

  • A person with dark hair is holding their head with both hands, covering their face, in a black and white photograph.

    In Your Mind

Intrusive thoughts or memories that arrive uninvited. Hypervigilance, always scanning for what might go wrong. A harsh inner critic that never quiets. Beliefs about yourself that you know aren't true but can't seem to shake.

  • Person wearing a gray beanie and sweatshirt, sitting on a concrete surface by a body of water, gazing at the cloudy sky and landscape over the horizon.

    In Your Relationships

Pushing people away before they can leave. Staying in dynamics that confirm what trauma taught you about yourself. Cycles that repeat across different people, different contexts; the same wound in a new face.

  • A hand holding a bundle of U.S. hundred-dollar bills on fire.

    In Your Finances

Self sabotaging with money, underearning, overspending to numb or distract yourself, playing small in your career. There is a complicated relationship between worthiness and what you allow yourself to receive.

What is Generational Trauma?

Generational trauma is the emotional and nervous-system imprint of experiences that happened in previous generations—and the ways those experiences can continue to shape how families relate, cope, connect, protect, and survive.

Maybe you grew up in a family where emotions weren't talked about. Maybe fear, addiction, conflict, perfectionism, or disconnection became ways of getting through. You may find yourself carrying patterns you don't fully understand, reacting in ways that seem bigger than the moment, or repeating something you swore you'd never repeat.

How does Generational Trauma Show up as Childhood Trauma?

The way our parents and caregivers learned to survive becomes the environment we grow up in. What happened before us can influence what happens to us—and what happens to us can continue shaping how we move through the world as adults.

It doesn't mean you're destined to pass it on. It means there may be more to your story than what happened directly to you. And understanding what's underneath those patterns can be the beginning of changing them.

What Are Therapy Intensives?

Therapy intensives are concentrated, immersive healing experiences that span anywhere from half-day sessions to multi-day intensive courses. They are a premium offering and experience that goes far beyond standard sessions. Unlike traditional 50-minute weekly sessions, a therapy intensive allow us to dive deep into core issues without the constraint of a ticking clock.

If weekly therapy is a walk, an intensive is a guided expedition that changes everything.

Why Choose Intensive Therapy?

Faster, Deeper Results

Make significant progress in days rather than months. The concentrated format allows us to follow insights wherever they lead without having to stop and restart next week. This is ideal for sensitive women because it can take longer for you to feel safe and relaxed enough to be able to get to the deep stuff- so having hours gives you the opportunity to do months of deep work in just 1-2 days.

Break Through Resistance

Work with protective parts in real-time as they emerge, rather than losing momentum between sessions. By having more time, we will be able to ride the wave of all the parts of you that may show up, allowing you space to explore, reflect and truly heal.

Immersive Healing Environment

Dedicating significant time exclusively to your healing sends a powerful message that this work – and you – matter.

Real-world Integration

Extended timeframes allow us to practice new ways of being and troubleshoot how changes translate into your daily life.

The room has a bookshelf filled with books, a wooden side table with a salt lamp, a large mirror with a decorative frame, and a tall plant. The floor has a round floral rug.

Why Brainspotting?

Because you don't have to remember everything to know that something is there.

Childhood experiences can shape us in ways that aren't always accessible through words or conscious memory. You may understand what happened intellectually and still find yourself reacting, protecting, shutting down, or repeating patterns you don't consciously choose.

Brainspotting gives us a way to work with what's happening underneath the story. By bringing attention to what you're experiencing in your body in the present moment, we can begin to access and process material that may not have words yet.

You don't have to relive your childhood to change what you're carrying from it.

The work is about creating more freedom in the present—so the past doesn't have to keep running the show.

The Underbelly Intensive

The intensive that goes where talk therapy hasn't.

Traditional therapy works at the level of the story. The Underbelly works at the level of where the story lives in your body, your nervous system, your subconscious, the places that got wired during childhood and have been running quietly ever since.

This is a 2-day intensive, 3 to 5 hours each day, using brainspotting, subconscious work, and ancestral healing to move what years of weekly sessions often can't.

We start here because the wounds that formed before you had language for them need more than an hour a week to shift. Two full days creates the conditions for something to actually change, not just be understood.

What’s Included

  • A 30-minute consult before we begin so you feel certain before you commit

  • A Personalized Workbook

  • A comprehensive 90 minute intake

  • 2 full days together, 3 to 5 hours each day

  • A gift basket carefully selected for you

  • Brainspotting, subconscious work, and ancestral healing woven through both days

  • The foundation for everything that comes after

Cost: $3900

Follow Up Sessions

Where the shift becomes your new normal

The intensive opens something real. The follow-up sessions are where you learn to live inside it.

Childhood wounds don't just clear in two days, they begin to clear. The follow-up sessions are where we continue the work, integrate what moved, and go deeper into the layers that surface as you start living differently.

What’s Included

  • 90-120 minute sessions every 2-4 weeks

  • Combination of brainspotting, relational therapy, subconscious work, and guided meditation

  • In person or telehealth options

Cost: $400

The Process

Together, we chat about if this is the best fit for you and to answer any questions you may have. This is a big commitment, so it’s important that you feel ready!

Set Up Your 30 Minute Consultation

This is where the good stuff happens! The Intensive Experience includes the workbook, intake, and 2 day intensive.

The intensive is about 6-12 months of therapy in just 2 days, so follow up sessions already feel more effective, connecting and healing.

Follow Up Sessions

Why do I practice this way?

I am so passionate about therapy intensives for deeper healing because they honor the ways in which we are meant to heal- and by simply giving yourself the right environment, you can make transformative and lasting change

Where 50 Minute Sessions Fall Short:

  • There's not enough time to get underneath the pattern before the session ends

  • You leave with insight but the root stays untouched

  • Childhood wounds formed before you had language , they need more than words to move

  • Weekly check-ins build coping skills, not lasting change

  • You spend the first 10 minutes catching up, another 15 trying to settle into the space, leaving only 25 minutes for the deeper work (if you’re lucky!)

  • The nervous system barely opens before it has to close again

What clients say after:

"I've been living life with a hand tied behind my back, and now it's not. I can feel the difference in my ability to do life the way I want without putting in so much effort just to show up."

“I enjoyed every part of my intensive. It opened my eyes in so many ways. Mostly spiritually. It was hard to be vulnerable but Brooke was so kind and helped me through it. I highly recommend doing an intensive if you are looking for in depth changes".”

Not Sure if You’re Ready?

The 30-minute consult is yours. Bring your skepticism, your "it wasn't that bad," your exhaustion from doing so much and still feeling stuck. If this isn't the right fit, I'll tell you honestly. If it is, you'll know before we hang up.
