Your Life Changed.

Now What?

Something happened. Or something ended. Or maybe you finally made the decision you've been circling for a long time.

Either way, you're standing somewhere different than you were before—and you're trying to figure out who you are here.

You’re in the right spot if…

Something in your life has changed—and even if you know it was the right change, you're not quite sure what to do with who you are on the other side of it.

Maybe you're grieving something you didn't expect to grieve. Maybe you're relieved and still feel lost. Maybe the life you built no longer fits, and you're trying to figure out what comes next without rushing yourself into an answer.

You're in the right spot if you're ready to slow down, listen to what's underneath the change, and give yourself some space to become whoever you're becoming.

Sometimes the change is obvious.

A relationship ended. You became a parent. Your kids left home. You moved. You changed careers. You lost someone. You left something you've known for years. You finally chose yourself.

And sometimes it's harder to name.

You wake up one day and realize you don't want the life you used to want. The things that once mattered don't matter in the same way. Something inside you has shifted, but you haven't quite figured out how to put words to it yet.

Something Changed.

A young woman with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a white T-shirt and a black skirt with white polka dots, stands indoors with her right hand on her chin, looking thoughtful. Behind her is a wooden shelving unit with potted plants and boxes against a white brick wall, near a window letting in natural light.

And change has a cost.

Even when a change is wanted, there can be grief.

You can be excited and devastated. Relieved and terrified. Certain you've made the right decision and still miss what you left behind.

We don't always give ourselves permission to grieve something we're also grateful to have outgrown.

But you don't have to choose.

You can honor what was without going back to it.

Who Are You Now?

This is often the part nobody talks about.

When your circumstances change, the identity you've built around those circumstances can change too.

Who are you without that relationship?
Without that job?
Without that role?
Without the version of yourself you've been trying to be?

Sometimes the hardest part isn't letting go.

It's meeting yourself on the other side.

Your Nervous System Doesn't Always Get the Memo.

Your mind may understand the change long before your body does.

You can know that you're safe and still feel anxious. You can know that something is over and still find yourself reaching for it. You can want what's next and still feel pulled toward what's familiar.

That's because big changes don't just happen to our circumstances.

They happen inside us, too. And our nervous system’s need time to integrate into a big change. Brainspotting meets them where they are at.

Why Brainspotting?

Because you don't have to figure everything out before you can begin to move through it.

One of the reasons I love Brainspotting for periods of major transition is that change can bring up things that are difficult to explain in words.

You may know exactly what happened and still not understand why you're reacting the way you are. You may have processed the story a hundred times and still feel something stuck underneath it.

Brainspotting gives us another way in.

Rather than requiring you to explain, analyze, or make sense of everything first, we can work with what's happening in your body and nervous system in the present moment.

We don't have to force an answer. We can follow what's already there.

And because major transitions often involve many layers at once—grief, fear, excitement, old patterns, new possibilities, identity, uncertainty—Brainspotting can give those layers somewhere to move.

The Underbelly Intensive

The intensive that goes where talk therapy hasn't.

Traditional therapy works at the level of the story. The Underbelly works at the level of where the story lives in your body, your nervous system, your subconscious, the places that got wired during childhood and have been running quietly ever since.

This is a 2-day intensive, 3 to 5 hours each day, using brainspotting, subconscious work, and ancestral healing to move what years of weekly sessions often can't.

We start here because the wounds that formed before you had language for them need more than an hour a week to shift. Two full days creates the conditions for something to actually change, not just be understood.

What’s Included

  • A 30-minute consult before we begin so you feel certain before you commit

  • A Personalized Workbook

  • A comprehensive 90 minute intake

  • 2 full days together, 3 to 5 hours each day

  • A gift basket carefully selected for you

  • Brainspotting, subconscious work, and ancestral healing woven through both days

  • The foundation for everything that comes after

Cost: $3900

Follow Up Sessions

Where the shift becomes your new normal

The intensive opens something real. The follow-up sessions are where you learn to live inside it.

Childhood wounds don't just clear in two days, they begin to clear. The follow-up sessions are where we continue the work, integrate what moved, and go deeper into the layers that surface as you start living differently.

What’s Included

  • 90-120 minute sessions every 2-4 weeks

  • Combination of brainspotting, relational therapy, subconscious work, and guided meditation

  • In person or telehealth options

Cost: $400

You don't have to navigate the transition alone.

The 30-minute consult is yours to use however you need. Tell me what's changed, where you are now, and what you're trying to find your way through. Ask me anything. Feel into whether this work and myself are the right fit for you.
